Although parents would most like to control their children at every turn, it is worth separating those spheres in which their support is really necessary for their kids from those in which it is worth giving them some freedom. Children should be able to play on their own from time to time. Once a child is able to learn one-on-one, it provides a lot of benefits for both parties. Parents have more time for themselves. For example, they can take care of cooking dinner or reading books. We do not mean here, of course, that the child should be completely out of control. It is necessary to check from time to time if everything is fine, if there is something wrong with the toddler.
For many years, I have had the opportunity to observe the kindergarten and school environment both as a parent and as an education professional. An observation that unfortunately comes to the fore is how little space educational institutions give children to PRACTICE being creative and imaginative. However, I also see that slowly the traditional model of education is giving way to a new approach - education in the spirit of LIFELONG LEARNING (life-long learning).
