Invoices & Payments for Public Institutions
We issue VAT invoices with 14-day deferred payment for kindergartens, schools, nurseries and other public institutions.
We accept the split payment mechanism. Buyer details (e.g. Municipality) and recipient details (e.g. Kindergarten) are included on the invoice.
How to place an institutional order:
- Create an account or place an order as a guest
- Add products to your cart
- Select payment: "bank transfer"
- Select delivery: "priority parcel"
- In the "notes" field, enter: "Deferred payment 14 days" + buyer and recipient details
- We ship immediately — the VAT invoice is enclosed with the parcel and sent by email

Can I pay on delivery?
Yes — we offer cash on delivery. The courier collects payment in cash or by card upon delivery. The collection fee is included in the shipping cost.
How does PayPo work?
PayPo is a deferred payment service — buy now, pay in 30 days (0 PLN, interest-free). Select PayPo at checkout and complete a short verification. Payment is collected automatically after 30 days.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes — a VAT invoice is automatically generated for every order and sent by email on the day of dispatch. For public institutions, we issue invoices with 14-day deferred payment terms including buyer and recipient details.
Do you accept split payment?
Yes — we accept the split payment mechanism for orders from public institutions. The VAT amount goes directly to the dedicated VAT account.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed and paid for by 1:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are shipped the same day. Orders paid by traditional bank transfer are shipped on the day the payment is credited. Delivery time: 1–2 business days within Poland.
