On the blocks of life

Living in a group has always meant playing appropriate roles. Various social sciences, primarily psychology and sociology, are studying this issue. From an early age, a child learns to coexist in an organized community - first within the family, then kindergarten and school, and eventually, forming its own smallest social cell. It is not always an easy and pleasant road. However, are there ways to support our child and provide the best possible path for her development? The answer is simple - yes. How? Sometimes the best solutions are the seemingly simplest ones: blocks are enough!

Fun or education?

When choosing toys - regardless of the age of the child, we should be guided by several factors. Are they safe for him? Are they designed for his age group? The educational value, of course, should not be overlooked either - in the youngest years, games are, after all, part of education. So, if we are going to provide entertainment for the child, it must also entail certain elements that are valuable for the child's development. Such toys are undoubtedly educational building blocks. Depending on the age of the child, the degree of intellectual and motor development, you can choose the best set, which will also stimulate the child's character traits while playing.

A born leader?

Usually when we talk about building blocks and children's education, the first thing that comes to mind is the development of the toddler's imagination. It is obvious. After all, the very act of creating complex structures from simple elements demonstrates ingenuity and a holistic approach to the tasks at hand. Creating a cohesive composition from base ingredients, and so from scratch, is certainly a sign of creativity. Blocks, on the other hand, help develop and nurture this skill. But is this the only feature we can shape with toys? Contrary to what you might think, putting together towers, houses or other structures made of blocks, such as for example Morphun Junior, can develop qualities such as strategic thinking and leadership skills. This is especially evident during group activities, when several children try to create a whole from one set of educational blocks. A child who is able to take the initiative, is not discouraged by setbacks, and knows how to push through his idea in the future will be much better able to cope with the challenges that await him in the labor market. To help him do this, while playing with your child, let him direct our actions and delegate tasks. In this way, our child learns the dynamics of the group, becomes adept at making decisions and managing the time and actions of the others involved in the game. He learns not only to impose his will, but also to actively participate in the decision-making process. And this is a very valuable skill in adult life.

As we can see, educational building blocks develop many qualities of young minds. One such field of development is leadership skills. If we care about the comprehensive education of our child, let's combine the pleasant with the useful and... get started!
