From birth — the Baby Set (6 soft mats) is designed for babies 0+. Infants explore textures with hands and feet under parental supervision. Harder PVC sets (Rainbow, Mini Puzzle, Orthopaedic) are for children from age 3, when feet are ready for more intense stimulation.
